Our accredited resident teachers have taught all over the world and create a soothing, restorative practice for the mind, body & soul for all our guests.
Beginners & Intermediate, taught in English. Classes are held in our studio and outdoors on the deck in the summer.
Twice Daily Yoga classes that include styles like Ashtanga | Yin | Hatha | Breathwork | Sound Healing | Vinyasa Flow | Yoga Nidra | Meditation
Included with our Yoga Retreat Packages. Additional to the room rate for our breakfast and half board rates.
