Our highest tier, reserved for our most loyal guests who return to Akasha time and again. Gold membership unlocks the most exclusive benefits, ensuring each visit is an exceptional experience.

Terms & Conditions
Membership eligibility is determined by past confirmed and completed reservations across any property in the Akasha portfolio.
Benefits are non-transferable and applicable only to the member.
Complimentary offers (nights, dinner, massage) are subject to availability prior reservation .
Cashback is valid for use within one year of issuance and can only be redeemed for services at Akasha properties. Can not be transferred to cash and can only be used as credit on Akasha properties and services.
Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and may not be available during peak seasons.
Complimentary upgrades apply to the next room category and are subject to availability at the time of check-in.
Membership tiers are reviewed annually, with upgrades/downgrades based on recent stay history.
Akasha Retreat reserves the right to amend or discontinue the program at any time without prior notice.
FAQ’s
1. How do I know my membership tier?
Your membership tier is automatically determined based on your stays in the past. Register to claim your membership and we’ll send you an email to confirm your Tier. You will receive an email notification when you qualify for a new tier.
2. Can benefits be shared with others?
Membership benefits are personal and non-transferable. However, if you are booking a stay for family or friends and accompanying them, some benefits (like food and beverage discounts or upgrades) may apply to their booking, subject to terms.
3. How does the cashback program work?
For every eligible stay, you’ll earn 5% of the total room booking value as hotel credit. This credit is added to your account and can be redeemed for future bookings, dining, spa treatments, or other services at Akasha properties. Credits must be used within one year of issuance.
4. What is the validity period of my membership?
Membership is valid for one year and is automatically renewed as long as you meet the stay requirements within the past three years.
5. How do I claim my complimentary night/dinner/massage?
You can claim complimentary benefits by contacting our reservations team at least 30 days before your stay. These benefits are subject to availability, so we recommend booking early.
6. Do my benefits apply to all Akasha properties?
Yes, your Akasha Inner Circle membership benefits are valid across all properties in our portfolio.
7. Can I combine benefits with other promotions or offers?
In most cases, Inner Circle benefits cannot be combined with other promotional offers. However, certain exceptions may apply during special events. Please check with our team at the time of booking.
9. Are there blackout dates for benefits?
Some benefits, such as complimentary nights and upgrades, may not be available during peak seasons or special event periods.
10. How can I upgrade to a higher tier?
Your tier will automatically upgrade when you meet the stay requirements. For example, after completing 5 stays in 3 years, you’ll move from Bronze to Silver. Similarly, after 8 stays, you’ll unlock Gold tier privileges.
11. What is the Digital Anniversary Gift?
The Digital Anniversary Gift is a personalised token of appreciation sent to your registered email. This could be an exclusive discount, a complimentary service, or a special experience tailored to your preferences.
