Easter in Pestera is always a celebration that brings nature, local farm produce and people together. For us it’s a remembering of old Romania, our ancestral traditional dishes we only eat once per year. It’s a trip back to memory lane to tastes and smells that remind us of our childhood. This Easter we are extending our invitation to dine with us to all those that are near by to Akasha and would like a special meal.
Suitable for VEGAN / VEGETARIAN and OMNIVORE.

Open to families with children.
Available as an 8 course buffet with choices for vegan, vegetarian / pescatarian, and meat dishes.
Includes all food, drinks selection, desserts, relax in our permaculture garden, terrace or lounge.
Food will be served indoors with seating in the lounge or terrace. You are also welcome to take your food outside in our garden if weather permits.
Easter Sunday Brunch Dishes:
Savoury - Slow Cooked Lamb and Traditional Lamb dishes, Nut Roast / Slow Cooked vegetables, Seasonal Vegetables, Traditional and artisanal dishes from Romania, Leafy Greens from the garden.
Sweet treats - Fruit tarts, homemade ice cream / sorbet & fruits.
Drinks included - Freshly made Lemonade or slow pressed juice. 2 Glasses of Red Premium Romanian Wine / person. Coffee, tea infusions and filtered spring water.
We can accommodate most allergens please let us know 48hrs in advance.
Bar menu:
The bar menu is available for any other order you wish to have except the drinks already included.
Tables and Seatings
This experience is designed as a communal event so we can not guarantee nor do we recommend you to have a private table during this event. All our meals are designed for people to meet each other, share ideas and share the meal together on the tables and seating provided. We will ensure you have ample choices of seatings if you have pre-booked your ticket for this experience.
Payment for multiple tickets adults and children:
To book for multiple adults and children add adult tickets to your cart first and then add your tickets for children. The cart will show all your tickets. Payment are made with any credit or debit card via Stripe.
Children of any age are welcome for this activity. We can not cook separately for children, the child ticket includes everything from the buffet including drinks.
Weather & Cancellations:
All bookings once made are non-refundable however they can be transferred to any other date or experience we have as a credit. In the case we have to cancel an experience for unforseen circumstances you will receive a 100% refund back on the same credit card you used to make a payment in the first place within 24hrs.
